subscription-terms.md).3.1. The app can be used in guest mode or after creating an account (email/password or Google/Apple sign-in).
3.2. Registration requires accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3.3. The User agrees to provide truthful information and not to share their account with third parties.
4.1. The app is available in a limited free version and a Premium version.
4.2. The first two weeks of use include full Premium access ("trial period") — free of charge and without providing payment details.
4.3. The scope of the free and Premium versions is described in subscription-terms.md and in the in-app description.
4.4. Important — data freshness: pricing and promotion data comes from flyers published by retail chains and may change more often than the app is updated. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep this data current but does not guarantee that the price shown in the app will match the price at checkout in a given store — the price actually charged in-store always controls.
5.1. Some content (recipes, plans, tips) may have been prepared with the assistance of AI tools and may contain inaccuracies.
5.2. Users rely on recipes at their own risk. Allergen and nutritional information is indicative only — the Provider does not guarantee its full accuracy and recommends independently verifying product composition, especially in case of allergies, food intolerances, or medical diets.
6.1. Submitting unlawful content and engaging in activity that disrupts the service is prohibited.
6.2. Custom recipes created by the User (including those scanned from a photo) are stored locally on the User's device and are not hosted or shared by the Provider with other users — except where the User chooses to share a recipe via the family-sharing feature (Premium). The User is responsible for the legality of content they create and share in the app.
7.1. Complaints may be submitted to kontakt@taniegotowanie.pl.
7.2. We will handle complaints within 14 days.
8.1. The Premium subscription is subject to the provisions of subscription-terms.md (including the right of withdrawal for digital content).
8.2. Using the app's free features does not constitute a paid contract for the supply of digital content, so the right of withdrawal described in Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act does not apply to them.
The Provider is not liable for damages arising from service unavailability due to technical reasons, errors in promotion data sourced from third parties, or misuse of AI-generated content by the User — to the extent permitted by applicable law. The above limitations do not exclude or limit the Provider's liability towards consumers where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law (in particular liability for personal injury and liability arising from statutory warranty/conformity of digital content).
We will announce changes in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
Polish law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court under general rules, including — for consumer Users — the court competent for the consumer's place of residence. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
