STATUS: DRAFT. Apple App Store (Schedule 2 / Guideline 3.1.2) and Google Play subscription requirements must be met, otherwise the app will be rejected during review. Amounts/periods below — confirm they match App Store Connect / Play Console before publication. Polish law governs this document; the Polish version is authoritative in case of discrepancy.

The Premium subscription unlocks additional features, including:
3.1. The first two weeks of using the app include full Premium access, free of charge and without providing payment details.
3.2. The trial is granted directly by the app itself (independent of any store subscription) and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription — once it ends, Premium access expires, and to continue the User must actively purchase a subscription via the App Store or Google Play. Any trial offers made available directly by the App Store/Google Play as part of a subscription purchase (if configured) will be subject to their own clear disclosure of trial length, post-trial price, and billing date, as required by both stores.
4.1. The subscription renews automatically for the next period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.2. Payment for the next period is charged within 24 hours before it begins.
4.3. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. The app provides a shortcut to these settings.
5.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the App Store / Google Play; Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
5.2. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing (in line with EU requirements on easy cancellation).
6.1. Under consumer-rights law, for digital content supplied immediately, the consumer is asked to expressly consent to the service starting before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and to acknowledge that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
6.2. Before confirming a subscription purchase, the User checks a box worded along the lines of: "I agree to the immediate start of the Premium service and I acknowledge that I therefore lose my right of withdrawal." Regardless of this statement, refunds processed via the App Store/Google Play are subject to those stores' own refund policies, independent of the Provider (see section 7).
Refunds are handled under Apple's / Google's own policies (the store, not the Provider, processes the payment and any refund) and, where applicable, consumer-protection law. Refund requests should be made directly through the App Store / Google Play.
We will announce subscription price changes in advance. Under App Store and Google Play rules, increasing the price of a renewing subscription requires the User's prior, explicit consent collected by the store itself (App Store/Google Play) before the new price is charged — the subscription will not automatically renew at a higher price without that consent.
